Question: I have a question about production of my order, who do I call?

Answer: Contact the FedEx Office center associated with your region, center numbers can be found on the Contact Us page or on the footer at the bottom of each page.


Question: What is the turnaround time for getting my order produced and delivered back?

Answer: Most orders are produced and delivered quickly, often in 24 hours (1 business day) for quick print item such as forms, fact sheets and flyers. Stationery items typically are delivered back in 3 business days, and more complex stationery items may take up to 5 business days. Complex Marketing items may take 5 business days and in rare cases may take up to 10 business days. The product details page for each catalog item provides an estimated turnaround time.


Question: Can you copy and paste text into the Build Your Own Branded Collateral templates?

Answer: Yes, but you must remove any formatting from the text before pasting it into the template. This can be done by copying from the original document (i.e. Word Document / PDF) and pasting the text into Notepad, then copy the text from Notepad and paste it into the template.


Question: When should you engage the UCHealth Creative Review Board and how often do they meet?

Answer: The Creative Review Board reviews items to ensure they maintain brand standards. Items in the Build Your Own Business Stationery, Build Your Own Branded Collateral, Existing Support Collateral Catalog and Forms Catalog are already brand approved. Items submitted through Upload and Print may require review board approval. The board meets to review requests weekly.


Question: When should you take an item to the UCHealth Aesthetics Committee and how long does it take to secure approval?

Answer: The Aesthetics Committee reviews items posted in UCHealth clinics and hospitals. It is a requirement to secure approval to post items such as flyers, banners and posters. The committee meets to review requests biweekly, but supports emergency requests.


Question: I have older templates created in Content Welder how do I access those in this system?

Answer: Unfortunately the older templates are not compatible with the Print Center. If you have a PDF of the older templates you can submit that for production through Upload and Print for print production.


Question: Can I share a customized document in my Saved Drafts with another UCHealth Print Center user?

Answer: No, Saved Drafts of customized documents can’t be shared with other users.


Question: I have a file I would like to have printed, how can I print a file that is not available in the Print Center catalog?

Answer: You can upload a file to be printed by selecting Upload and Print at the top of the Print Center screen. Follow the prompts that best fit the file you are wanting to have printed, this includes oversize and non-standard sized options. Please note, items submitted through Upload and Print may require review board approval. Contact one of our local support representatives.


Question: How can I make changes to a Build Your Own Branded Collateral or Build Your Own Business Stationery document I have already ordered from the Print Center?

Answer: Once logged in, click on All Orders under Recent Activity or Order History under My Account. Find and click the order number containing the document you would like to make revisions to. Then click Reorder next to the product name and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart. From the Shopping Cart, click Edit under the name of the product. This will take you to the Finalize page where you can proof the file and update the quantity. Scroll down and click the Back button to get back into the editing screen.
